• Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
• Customized or altered products are non-returnable.
• The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

Exchanges

• We currently do not offer exchanges. You can return the item and place a new order.
